About

“You must do the things you think you cannot do.” — Eleanor Roosevelt

I write about bioinformatics, clinical genomics, software development and data science.

My family moved from Ghana to London when I was 5 years old and it’s been home ever since. After completing my Biomedical Science BSc at Lancaster, I worked on bacterial genomics at the Animal and Plant Health Agency. I’m in the final year of NHS Scientist Training programme in Clinical Bioinformatics, which awards an MSc in this specialty from the University of Manchester.

When I’m not writing, I see friends, read books and move around. I spend the rest of my time following Eleanor’s advice.
